Stayed at a place with stunning garden views, free WiFi , and enough parking space to fit a herd of elephants. Loved cycling nearby and discovering Gomes' Pools, only 4.1 km away. The apartment had everything I needed, including a magical dishwasher that made my life complete.
Sleeping in a bed shorter than me was a delightful experience, said no one ever.

The value for money at Quinta Tallinus was excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen, private terrace, and access to a beautiful levada just minutes away. The location was perfect, with a bus stop nearby for easy transportation and a shopping center within a short walk. The staff were extremely helpful and struck the perfect balance between being attentive and respecting our privacy.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more variety of items to choose from.

This place is seriously amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the electric gate and safe parking. The view was jaw-dropping, and we loved being surrounded by beautiful banana trees. The location was perfect with a bar just a minute away and a shopping center only a few minutes by car. Every evening, we came back to a spotless room with fresh towels and toilet paper. The property had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The nearby levada and bus stop made exploring the island super easy. The owner, Miguel, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, even offering to drive us to the airport. We felt so looked after, and his passion for hospitality was evident. Staying here gave us a true taste of local life, away from all the touristy areas. And let me tell you, the bed was so comfy! we had the best time at this mind-blowing place and can't wait to come back in the future. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The vintage furniture and delicate floral patterns reminded me of my own home. The common areas were spacious and easily accessible for senior people like me, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. It truly felt like a welcoming and homely environment.
I would have loved to see more assistance or support from the staff in terms of catering to the needs of senior guests. It would have been nice to have some additional services or amenities specifically tailored for us, such as assistance with luggage or offering senior-friendly activities.

The view from the apartment was not as expected, but still cozy. The manager was really helpful and even offered to drive me to the bus stop. The bed was comfortable, and it was interesting to stay on a mini banana plantation.
The apartment felt quite dark due to having windows only in the front. Getting around on weekend evenings without a car was a bit tricky due to limited bus availability.

The apartment at Quinta Tallinus was a dream come true for me. With its spacious seating area and beautiful garden views, I felt like I was in my own little paradise. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing me to prepare my meals just the way I like them.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor to be a bit slippery at times. But hey, it might just be me being clumsy.

Beautiful garden with banana field and hydrangea garden, providing a pleasant and jaw-dropping view. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, offering us a car rental at a super good price and providing airport transportation. We were able to enjoy freshly picked bananas from the garden, which was really kind. The place was well-maintained and cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay. The private and secure setting, with an electric gate and safety parking, gave us peace of mind. Convenient location, with a bar just a minute's walk away and a shopping center within a 3-minute drive. Fully equipped for self-catering, including amenities such as washing liquid, an indoor drying line, iron and board, and more. The host, Miguel, was a pleasure to meet and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the water pressure and hot water were great. The balcony provided a mix of sun and shade, with trees providing a cooling breeze and protection from the sun. The long drive with an electric gate added an extra level of safety and security. The owner's exceptional hospitality, including airport pickup and assistance during an emergency, left a lasting impression. The apartment itself was perfect, clean, and located in a quiet area with a jaw-dropping view of Madeira. Madeira is a beautiful island with friendly people and affordable restaurant prices. Highly recommend visiting this country and staying at Miguel's apartments, which also offer car rental services.

He met us at the airport, took us to a restaurant, and waited patiently as we checked into our delightful apartment. The apartment was immaculate, located in a peaceful area with breathtaking views of Madeira. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise. The secure premises and convenient parking added to our sense of ease and safety. We even had the pleasure of seeing banana trees growing right outside our door.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
